Voting Delegates:

Voting delegates shall be selected as per the Standing Rules. Northshore PTA Council shall pay for voting delegates' registration, hotel room, meals, and other applicable charges at the WSPTA Convention given appropriate documentation.

Visiting Delegates:

Incoming or current officers, other than the voting delegates, may attend the convention as Visiting Delegates. Northshore PTA Council shall pay for the following: convention registration and provide one hotel room plus meals at the convention hotel. Should additional hotel rooms be required, the cost shall be shared by the aforementioned visiting delegates if the Council budget cannot cover the cost. Eligible Council visiting delegates may represent a Northshore local unit as a voting delegate. Financial arrangements with that local unit must be coordinated by the delegate and communicated to the Council Treasurer at least two weeks prior to the early registration deadline date for convention as specified by the WSPTA.



Convention Coordinator(s):

Northshore PTA Council shall provide a shared room for the convention coordinator(s) and shall pay the registration fee and Banquet tickets for up to 2 coordinators plus additional meals. Accommodations for the Thursday night preceding the convention may be provided to help with the setup for Friday's night's Council dinner if the Council's budget allows.

Outgoing President(s):

Northshore PTA Council shall pay for the banquet ticket(s) for the outgoing Council President(s) if they are not attending the convention as a visiting delegate.

Banquet Tickets:

Northshore PTA Council shall pay for the Banquet tickets of the incoming Executive Committee attending the WSPTA Convention.

Additional Comments:

If any delegate wishes to bring a spouse to WSPTA Convention the delegate would be responsible for half of the cost of their hotel accommodations.
